the game stutters for like the first 10 minutes i open the game like inside not on the menu. i have to leave the game for a while to load all assets or whatever that's going on to be stable

Finally got my game to launch after reinstalling yesterday (CTD since Oct 25). But holy shit is the performance awful now. I can run at 80+FPS and still stutters brutally.

Same here, my game stutters for a few minutes after I launch it and the SFX glitches out too. Then, after a few minutes it runs perfectly. Not quite sure what causes this.
