and for my part the door keeps appearing closed, and the recording tape of Frank Marwey #4 should be able to be collected even after the Veronika mission because after that mission it is considered a losable collectible because it cannot be collected where the room is of Aiden that is in the Fish Eye is all covered where the tape is.

Yeah this one is super annoying, you can obly get it of you join someone else that hasn't done the quest yet
