game won’t launch.

Ever since the release my game wouldn’t launch. I got it on steam. 8 months after I guess there was an update and it made my game run great, so I was very late at play because of this issue. Then after the Halloween update, it completely broke the game again. It wouldn’t launch. So I bought a steam deck to play it on. My steam deck arrived right when the Halloween even was over. And it ran perfectly. Now today there was another update, and the game won’t run on either. It doesn’t run on my pc or on my steam deck. I’ve tried everything they say to try, but what we really need in an update that will make it run

I did, they don’t do anything about it. It’s been going on for months
