I have not been able to launch the game since Oct 25 when the halloween event started. Can get to the title screen, then just crashes to desktop. Verify files, same thing. Uninstall from SSD, reinstall on HDD same thing. Verify there, and still crashes to desktop. No mods installed.

AMD 2700X, 5700XT, 16GB ram, tried to install on m.2 and HD and does not make a difference for it crashing to desktop

Tried offline mode, nothing changes
