Discord makes it hard to track issues with the game, and here, thanks to forum-like channels, it will be easier for us to help you, the community will be able to discuss stuff and post workarounds if necessary, and our support team will get the information they need.

Remember that these rules apply:

Some topics may be closed withour warning. All closed topics may be removed after 24h.

5. Before posting your issues please record a video or take a screenshot of it
If you will not be able to provide the video in the topic, please try to use any free hosting sites and provide a link to it. Please remember that these videos or screenshots can be crucial also for creating your tickets via [e-mail] or https://support.techland.pl/

6. If you are able please always backup your save files!

7. Before posting/sending a ticket for your issue please try to do some basic checks like

• Removing all mods or edited game files
• Restarting the game
• Verifying the issue on a new save slot
• Starting the game in offline mode
• Lowering your graphic settings as low as possible (this includes resolution)
• Reinstaling the game

8. Include as much information as possible in your posts/ticket's

• Did you perform any of the basic checks and if yes which of them did you perform?
• Add what you did before the issue occured
• Add information if the issue persists after restart
• Add your PC specification
• Attach your save files (please dont zip/rar)
• Remember about attaching a video/screenshot of the issue

9. Check for any releated topic's for workarounds
Sometimes before any official fix is released there are some steps you can perform to mitigate the issue, please check topics related to your issue.

10. Harassment, Hate Speech and Racism are not tolerated on this server!
Please remember that our community and most of Techland employes are trying to help with encountered issues on their own free time, we do understand your anger and disappointment as none of the issues should happen in the first place, but dont treat this as an excuse to attack anybody.
