Because in order for bolters to spawn and drop livers, you need to complete the Run Bolter Run quest, which also unlocks the barrel for you. So you should already have it. @tepid summit

after I spent a few days grin quarantinas zone and got lvl 180, i realized that even if i reach lv250 i am still sick and die before heavy volatile if i don't have good weapon and good move. So I don't waste time in quarantinas zone anymore, it's too boring and makes me sleepy. yea but in normal i only got blue bow XD didnt get composite or better bow
