No. There's no such thing in the game legitimately.
Well technically speaking there is one thing. When you first get the grappling hook it comes with a noticeable cool down. When you upgrade to Survivor level 25, that get's dramatically reduced. So that's in the game, but it's not a mod, just a level thing

Ok just checking and final question does anyone have a good late game weapon to trade for i have some clicker and king upgrades and i would like a melee that has good durability and at the very least 10k dmg( im at 27%) but i would like to be able to use a weapon for most of the game and be able to 1-2 shot things
