from my experience, don't look for strong weapon, it will ruin your gaming experience and gets bored quick

play on hard will give you best fun for beginner. LIke, you 're actually scared when it's nightfall etc.

you're suppose to stealth and hide from even normal zombies, and will develope stronger later on. Thats the purpose and the environment of the game

as you levelup, the damage of the weapon drop increase following you

but the zombie's HP remain the same tho

so basically, if you're level 1, common weapon dmg is 20ish, but once you're level 15 or something, common weapon is around 200, and green ones should be about 450 on hard diffuclty

also the rarity of the weapon depends on your difficulty setting. if you play on nightmare you'd find stronger weapon drop

even running on prison heists golden legendary weapon. I ran the prison with my friend , who's a level 1. We both got gold rewards, but his legendary gold katanas DMG is about 400-500 ish. Im legend 20 and i picked up a 2k dmg katana in the same box that he picked up. So someone you play coop with from their screen's weapon is completely irrelevant to what you see in loot boxes

In a way, yes. Heres a tip: you may not know this but you can open your inventory before you open the door. Do that as you go in, and when youre in the room with jade, drop your strongest weapons in the room, and you can pick them up after dropping them by jade
