Same thing many have said, and here is the thing, I have Pressed F FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF or just Hold F or Do nothing, all the same result death and then replay. No Lag Cable not WiFi and The game plays Fine in all other Instances Pressing F to open something to stop a zombie to pick something up it works Like it should and its Only This instance and the Choice I made to Take the vial not become the Zombie, where it is Broken. SMASH the F Touch the F Look at the F wait for a Sign nothing Works nothing does anything but let me Die and repeat. the DLC is Great but Only this One Part the choice is Broken

Well finally, after listening to all the suggestions, finding none that do anything, pressing dif keys or space and no keymapping in the game nice lering experience I have to say is that I had to get Motehr down to a certain level before it would even work, and that happend one time so it told me tht's how and so agin 2 tries later fianlly did the quest, yeah!!!!
