Yes & no, getting gold weapons isn't always tied to game difficulty but you can get a lot of it in Bozak, prison, and they're obtainable in btz after reaching a certain rank for human

Check out guides for the legendary blueprints, some of it are fun to use 😁

I was doing the Dawud quest and before i gave him a gun i checked my inventory to see which pistol i was handing off to him... it was either the golden german pistol or the engraved barrel smg (not sure if it counted as a pistol) i didnt care for either so i just gave it to him without thinking

The next day I checked my inventory again and found that i still have the golden pistol and the smg. then it hit me

the game decided to give the last wish to dawud. now he's gone flourishing this handcannon of a gun. i hope he didnt shoot that somebody with the last round...

If you craft it from a golden rarity pickaxe, then add a legendary blueprint + 4 king / clicker mods you can get 7.7-7.8k with max legend points into one handed

question: what do you guys think is the best weapon effect to go for? I favor impact because when it works its immediate and doesn't hurt me, unlike fire or electricity

there are some effect synergies that go together really well. i think renfur wrote about it in his hunter guide. personally i find strobeknight to work very well. (shock + bleed 2). Bleed does bit more damage and the shock incapacitates the zombies after few hits, as an added bonus it does more damage when it rains, useful on last nests with btz.

@pallid wraith Impact, definitely. However, it doesn't have a really high damage blueprint, so unfortunately you can't go with impact if you want the highest damage weapons.

Is it just me or Dying Light BTZ matchmaking seems a bit unfair?

I mean, damn, being able to invade someone who just got into the game (Pact with Rais, and Airdrop most notably) seems to be a bit unfair for the survivors, worse, they are alone

I could get three players in the same match to rage quit with a level 3 NH

So i ends up being a passive NH who attacks only if the host doesn't minds, since most people are just trying to enjoy the game, and not get pounce-spammed

Yeah, surprisingly, a lot of them don't even know how to disable them... only after they gets invaded. Lesson to not skip infos from the game.
