what is the best way to get lockpicks? cause for a little while i got lockpicks in almost every chest etc. but now i cant find anywhere

Just get some metal parts and craft them, yes. They aren't expensive, mate. Otherwise there are a bunch of them in the loot room in the Prison.
But.. you don't really play prison for lockpicks. That would be a little overkill.

It should be one of the missions you grab from the board at Jasir's place. After you've done a certain side quest you get another one which should be that one. For the talking volatile that is.

I don't think so, only useful dlcs are ranger bundle and volatile bundle, gunpsycho is good too and other ones are just outfits and skins

Are you on PC? If so then go to steam > right click Dying Light > properties > local files > verify integrity of game files.
Verifying files may help
I recommend your friend does the same
