The only thing I can wrap my head around it is the crosshair outside of the dot. Even still you shouldn't tendril to the side unless you spinned or look in that direction. Just coming up with a solution that you tackled and tendril sprinted over trying to Insta-gp but ended up tendriling to the side. You also said that the dot in the center of the screen moved when you tackled, which isnt the case since it is binded to the player camera regardless of motion and latency. Do I need to explain more? The one outside of the dot moves for tendril and grapple hook.

After that, upon spawning he's in a safezone and paused for a good 30 seconds and when he comes out he basically teleports about 6 meters at a time and keeps spamming it to move around quickly and he goes to the nest and destroys one volatile with as single hit and I pounce him before he gets to the other
the next kill is the one in the video and that's when I went to him when he respawned and he tried to camo himself and teleport at the same time but I saw him and pounced him again
