What part of this is not "tendril" or "gp"
This is the easy one. The other one is hard

#

There is no claw animation
You go from tendriling straight to a charged gp

#

The one where you pull yourself forward while holding a gp is not very practical

#

You can do it from a climbing animation when you climb on the edge of some elevated surface or you can do it when you time a claw and jump animation right and start tendriling

#

But DL is full of obstacles you'll just bump into and you'll have to cancel that shit unlike with an aerial tendril gp you'll fly over everything

#

If you want to put yourself at a disadvantage for flexing purposes go and search tendril gp on yt

@oblique talon lol, we've all been there. That's just the way btzs skill ceiling is. When starting out as complete noobs, NH has the advantage because survivors haven't figured out the basics and probably don't even have the grappling hook unlocked. Mid skill is where NH gets completly trounced over and over as there's just way too many things to learn as NH, and too few things to learn as Survivors. At high skill is where it becomes more or less balanced, though i still think NH takes more sweat and concentration to play, where as survivors have plenty of leeway.

Nothing to be done about it, you just have to grit your teeth and try to keep it cool until you get good enough to start fighting back

I think it helps if you play more defensively while trying to learn to play. Rush in quickly, get your spits and gp or tackle, and run away without getting killed. Rinse and repeat

#

It makes the game last a bit longer when playing like this, but it also helps to understand just how much risk you can take without getting killed

#

If you hit and run enough times, even if you don't properly plan it, you'll eventually get an opening to get aggressive. Maybe when you land a horde spit without the survs having good cover and high ground around, maybe you uv spit one of them while they are seperated, maybe one of them got too impatient and rushed into a bad spot etc.

My best explanation is that your grapple clinged on something underneath the map, which caused it to pull you since there is a barrier which is the ground that is in between the “object” and you. I guess you just went to far and the grapple came back. Imagine playing btz tho cant relate

Of course everyone says no knockback is better because its EASIER to spit them after the anim

But ask yourself

Is that really how you want to play?

#

When you don't spend points on knockback you're looking to spit stick survivors after most tackles and ground pounds

#

That's the only reason why you wouldn't level them up

#

Part of being good means you should use those animations frequently in your advantage when spitting but it should never be your signature move

#

Otherwise your entire playstyle would be based on a single trick

#

I'll never take my knockbacks off because they help me get spike kills

#

If you want to think with a longer scope, in DLR spits travel much faster so their trajectory maintains horizontality for longer and the maximum tackle knockback is increased by quite a bit

But usually the typical modders still show up in matchmaking because they don't have any vac bans

Most people have used the scream at the end of the following, and the way kyle attacks during the boss fight, in the ending of the following, the scream kyle makes as he turns isnt actually a volatile, but a night hunter scream, trust me, i’ve heard it many times, the other evidence is during the boss fight, kyles clawing animation is almost the exact same as while playing the night hunter.

@pliant hedge Refurbishing missions are extremely relied on heavy rng. Blademaster steps have like the most percentage in it actually happening.
Looking inside the files will take you days to find the right shit and there’s isn’t much you can do. Changing the files will result in one of the violation of the discord’s rules and you’ll be unable to play online.

Honestly its just pure percentage in procedure and has nothing to do with be the zombie physics.
