basically how it works is the medkit raises your Maximum Regeneration level (The number which you can regenerate to) to wayy beyond the max of 275 hp. meaning it'll always raise the regen to your max hp, and then, if you had 0 hp, it'll fill the entire gap in exactly (standard 8 seconds) + 5.34 seconds the medkit adds.

meaning no matter what hp you have, medkits always heal at a set speed, except.. if auto heal kicks in at 100hp, your healing actually SLOWS, because there's two medkits active, meaning the TimeToMax time just increases.
