I really miss some freeroam mode there. In Old Town and Slums, in which could Night hunter alone (without need to invade game) roam around world, kill randomly encountered humans and just have fun. Or other players (both night hunters and/or survivors) could join the game too and all together could do something funny, but without any goal.

To have a good pvp game you need a proper introduction i recently started playing mk11 and the tutorials were so useful that helped me understand the game and how it works obviously when tl was making btz they didnt have that in mind cause its supposed to be a casual gamemode but people tend to get the game so serious and competive hence the toxicity

One time, but only with "No fun" part. When I was night hunter and managed to kill my opponent for some time. But then worse, some noob joined and as I killed him more, opponent lost. He asked me for rematch and then we played normally and I think he won in the end.
But usually when some low level night hunter noob joins, doesn´t even try pounce me, just tries to slap me to death and after few deaths/nests destroyed, he leaves.

The human can also heal whenever he wishes to a hunter has to use his resources as aussie said that combo most of the time kills the human no matter what but realistically speaking you cant do it all the time
For a hunter to beat a higher level of experience human he needs to be fast in terms of actual speed and in terms of reacting appropriately a small mistake can either get you killed or leave you with no resources
Another thing is that the hunter is kinda dependent on how many spits and uv heals he has and their cooldown where as the human he is not really that depended and has plenty of backup items
And tbh even the most simple combo like tackle slice does quite a lot of damage

one change i think would be good is if the humans were vulnerable to a tackle in between every dodge so they actually have to put thought into dodging away from things or from the hunter and it would also make more sense when they fight the hunter head on, if something is running at you you wouldnt just keep dodging or running around you would hold your ground.

Yes what's even crazier is that I thought the extreme slow-mos were an actual feature simply because my internet used to be so bad when I started playing btz and one of the worst delayed pounces I ever had took me around 10 seconds, during that time the survivor spun around 720° inside my tendrils, keeping his uv light on and looking for me because I didn't show up in his game and he probably only saw my tendrils floating around him. He still ended up evading the pounce.
When I got better internet I was amazed that tackles, dropkicks and pounces connected instantly.

can happen randomly or im pretty sure u can trigger it if u know how? I know that multiple times trying is when i'd dropkick the hunter while friend dodges and gets boosted. Another instance is when you just air dodge after bouncing off of like the edge of trash bags or a car.

Spits - keep moving, run away from spit or dodge it.
Ground pound - keep away from him or maybe dropkick him, idk there.
Pounce - keep your eyes on him.
And enlighten him with UV light to drain his energy away.
And to break his pounce attack.

I shield a lot of things lol but i try to avoid shielding bomber on rooves if the hunter is gonna use it to tackle. Shield the night walkers, shield the sense spit, shield the goon, shield spits for other players, shield exploding cars, you name it, I block it

Remember that people can have limited invasions.
I for example have set it to happen only once per night in order to not be spammed by invasions. But true is that in last times I got invaded very rarely.
One time by Apex predator, who kicked everybody´s ass on my session (and then one noob finished it when he left when we had one last live).
And one time I had 1VS1 against some Mauler.
But I had few nights without invasion.

It means that either host has shitty net.
Or if survivors start any cutscene or conversation (both radio and normal) during night hunter connecting to game, it kicks him automatically.
Because during cutscenes and conversation are invasions disabled automatically.

If you mean kicked from coop match.
Then they were probably some idiots, who forgot to turn their match private.
You can keep trolling them by coming back, as when they kick you, it means one life lost for them.
