It usually means he is attacking. If he gets dropkicked by someone though then you can't dropkick him while he is getting dropkicked because he is stuck in an animation.

#

If he tackles your mate then you can't dropkick him until the tackle animation is over.

#

If you dropkick right when a hunter tackles you then it should look a little weird and you will dodge the hunter's tackle I believe.

Dying Light isn't really a game where lower graphics will make it better visually. Like turning off fancy things makes it easier to see and focus for example. You could play on highest in Dying Light or lowest and it would essentially be the same thing from a visual standpoint. But most veterans keep it on low settings in order to maximise their fps.

It doesn't matter. I was playing around with a mate and I could not see a spit that I spat really really far away while she could because of the view distance. It's just small things like that which might seem important but it really isn't, trust me.

As a hunter I usually wait until they attack the nest to trigger the virals, the virals cancel your dodge so you jump which gives advantage for the hunter to tackle and they will annoy you with constant attacking so you will most likely die

I did play against one night hunter, whom 3 melee hits didn´t kill as usually do. Of course, he had majority of health lost and 4. or 5. hit would kill him, but it seems odd. Can night hunter somehow increase his health through skill or mutation, or was it a hacker? Or is it somehow changed in The Following campaign?

It did him damage, but very small. Not like normally it takes him quarter of health with each hit.

So it wasn´t lag. Lag would be that I would hit him, it would give him 0 damage and later it will suddenly appear. Unless this game doesn´t have any more secrets left (which has).
