There are ways to make the hunter faster and have more fluent movement though. But theyre all simple things that surprisingly hardly anyone knows about. @hybrid moon I see vans telling nubbles about all these stupid speed tactics that increase speed like Tapping W instead of holding it for example. Thats not going to increase your speed at all. If anything itll slow you down.
And no matter what speed tactic youre doing, its simply impossible to go insanely faster than tendril sprint speed at max level when youre a lvl 0 with no skills. I cant even go that fast when im going at my maximum speed and doing my tendrils flawlessly. At most, I am slightly faster than normal tendril sprint with flawless tendriling.

Its not hard to go fast. Just requires like 4 things.
Knowing when to W + A & D (based on tendril)
Map Knowledge and Hitbox for autoclimbing
Smooth mouse flicking
And then smooth tendriling (tendril at smooth angles and long distance for maximum speed or just refresh tendrils with mouse flicks for multiple speed boosts)
Thats all there is to being fast. There is no secret technique lol

I mean like going that fast in an area in old town like with the 3 tarps and the building with an arch. Thats a decent area to go fast in but lots of obstacles and some rough spots
Air strafing is important to. I dont like staying on the ground when I tendril like that unless its a wide open area with tons of space like CS.
