Or something that attacks so quickly it can hit you in the littlest windows or stunlock you in a long chain if you don't try the easiest way to escape it.

and for PVE enemies, it's spears. I just can't stand it, one second they look like they're planning their attack for a year and the next they charge at you with that shit and keep poking at the exact windows you're giving them. Even if you play relatively good, a spear can give you absolutely no windows to heal after you've made one misjudgement and traded a hit. If you stay close to a spear enemy they'll aggro faster. If you try to get away from them they'll keep following you like an angry wasp. and still give you the least breathing room possible
