Just by mentioning that it works with Skyrim will make it automatically infringe on their IP. Since you would be selling it as an enhanced experience for their product. You do can sell your asset just not mention Skyrim. If you were to download the asset and then install it on your own, you would breach the EULA. So technically... Everyone is already in breach when they install any mod.
