they literally put the latest enemies of the final location of NG
into the first location of NG+
there are two of them in the first level

I cant really remember what the staff enemies were like

some locations have their own staff enemies
the way blueprints work is when the enemy is wearing a piece of armor on a body part, if you sever the body part in a finisher, you get a blueprint for the armor piece
and the armor is randomized
sometimes the same enemies have a helmet, a piece of armor on their right arm, left leg, etc...
yeah those armors are pretty special
I have a few incomplete sets of them
there are some armor pieces you get from a boss
so if you kill the boss with a finisher for the head
you get his helmet
and so on
you can get another armor part in ng+
the warden's weapon is amazing, it's the one I used for the whole playthrough

The Surge is pretty far from dark souls although it is a soulslike game
main reason is because parrying is easy and there is no specific animation for a riposte after you stun the enemy
and another reason is that there is no roll dodging with invincibility frames in this game, and the only way to heal is to keep killing and landing successful hits for more energy that you can use for your healing injectable
its the speedy knife
spamming dodge is sometimes also faster than sprinting but the slide spam is ultimately the fastest way of moving
