Although I wouldn't recommend parrying unless you really have to when you're playing Survivalist. Parrying in general interrupts the flow of the game and you shouldn't use it unless you are forced to block a deadly attack from a big Zed. It's a little different with the Berserker's parrying skill as that is mostly what I refer to when I encourage people to block as it will give you a 40% damage resistance, 35% damage boost, and 5% attack speed boost for 10 seconds.

Recoil is a major part of the steep learning curve for the Gunslinger. It is a difficult perk to master due to its focus on precision and recoil control. However, once you do master it then it is by far the most rewarding perk and quite possibly the best one in the game.

It's the king of trash killing, but on higher difficulties I have really begun to feel its weaknesses.
And overall it doesn't go well in teams as if you need a trash killer you can go Commando which is far better for the team as Firebug just messes up Gunslingers and Sharpshooters without really giving anything in return other than killing trash.

It was also very seamless. World portal can be quite glitchy, but these ones were very polished.
I personally think the third chamber was the hardest one.

Point is that Helios Rifle is the strongest Firebug weapon making it quite reliable for medium and big Zeds, but it isn't very efficient for trash which is why you combine it with a trash killing weapon like Caulk n' Burn.

Seems like it's 8+7 for weight. I'd say if you play co-op then go for Caulk n' Burn so you can carry a medic pistol as well.
If you're playing on anything lower than Suicidal then it doesn't really matter.

@normal crown Microwave Gun is pretty good, but I'd say Helios Rifle is superior.
I personally used to always go Husk Cannon all the time. But once you start looking into higher difficulties then weapons like Microwave Gun and Husk Cannon begins to stagger.

My build for Gunslinger is Quick Draw, Rack 'em Up, Speedloader, Skullcracker, and ZED TIME - Fan Fire. Personally I would say it is all about preferences except for Rack 'em Up and Speedloader as those two are far superior to their alternative skill.

Check your settings, there should be an option for a crosshair there. It's not great, but it helps with hip fire.
