Well, there's two types of kai jumping. The one with air strafe and the one without air strafe. I use the one with air strafe because it's very flexible.

For starters. If the wall is on the right for example, then hold W and D while pouncing up to it and then wall bounce but from the lowest angle as you pull your mouse out and then drag it back so you go back to the wall.

Shoot + shove is just a way to shoot faster, but against Hunters it also acts as a way to deadstop them if your shotgun blast didn't kill them.

Not really that important in L4D2 since there can only be like one Hunter at the time on the map. You won't be facing three or four hunters coming at you, lol.
