Looks good to me but I'd also recommend putting stuff like batteries and such in the oil area, but if I remember right you make them out of coal and iron, so you can just steal that tiny bit from the steel for that, as, from my personal experience, it's easier to make batteries close to the oil, and then just put them next to the plastic on the main bus

@dim remnant the engines are open source but I believe the levels are still copy righted. To play one of the open source dooms legally you are supposed to buy a copy of Doom and get the WAD files from it.

I think that in case of Doom it is that the game engine is open source, but assets like sprites, textures, levels, etc are not included in it and must be bought by buying the game.

@dim remnant There is one mod in Half life 2 - Zombie master, in which either people play as survivors and try to survive and play it as FPS and one zombie master, who plays game as RTS and controls zombies. It´s similar to your idea. I don´t know if any game tried it.

But survivors must there do some goals and zombie master must prevent them from doing so.
