When using Paper, EntityTrackerFixer is no longer needed. In the optimization guide, it is on there for Spigot servers. Paper implements the fixes that EntityTrackerFixer does and when using EntityTrackerFixer on Paper, it does more harm rather than good. Your server is essentially work 2x as hard.

I recently was doing something with the config and then found a lot of nice settings for entities and such, so I removed ETF and similar things. The only thing I kept is EntityDetection, which is sometimes useful, although you can list entities through Paper and second thing is FarmLimiter

I'm kinda familiar with discord-py (second most popular lib on GH) , but I feel like I don't want to write bigger pieces of code in python, especially ones harder to test.
