Bedrock is just a developmental dead end. It was made really poorly to begin with, is unable to replicate many core gameplay mechanics consistently, has serious performance issues that are even worse than Java, and worlds literally seem to break as you move away from spawn.

JE undoubtedly has its bugs to be sure, but from the sources i've read and watched on Bedrock, with actual demonstrations showcasing it, Bedrock appears to be vvery broken.
And as far as a list of features go, it's a matter of quantity vs quality. Bedrock has a longer list, but what proportion of those are just fluff features compared to the major gameplay changing features?
