Not sure what the state of folia is atm though was testing making one of my plugins work with it at the request of a user and noticed PlayerPortalEvent doesnt seem to fire.

From a quick search of this channel, it seems people use https://jd.papermc.io/paper/1.21.11/org/bukkit/event/entity/EntityPortalEnterEvent.html instead.
