First of all, i suggest to make all itens standard, allowing every player to have a certain amount per life, medkits, ammo box, mines, claymores, there is no reason to make every one buy it on the store(disregard Air attack, artillery those dont need to be standard imo)

Now the the big change: bring Class System, make every class have its own specific itens and skills
Assalt/Medic - Item Medkit and the habillity to heal yourself and teamates(my suggestion is to bring the small pistol from RCF Alpha, and make it a "weapon" to heal)
Support/ - Item Ammo box and the habillty to fuel yourself and teamates(something like get closer to ally and suply him, i dont think would be necessary to drop ammo on the floor, since we already have ammo stations)
Sniper - Item Claymore and maybe the skill to reveal enemy positons for the team?
Demo/Engeneer - Item mine and bazooka(not necessary to be a main weapon?) and vehicle repair tool(a torch and a tool?) he can repair his own vehicle exiting it and take the tool, and repair his team the same way(it would discard vehicle repair kit from WT3 which is OP) he wouldnt be allow to repair and shoot at the same time

I think this would maybe reduce camping and make the game more turned to teamwork, also making it more realistic and dynamic

Each class is locked to the weapon type right? You mentioned that Demo/Engineer can equip a different weapon?

yeah, i think demo can use small machine guns like mp5, mp7, some shotguns
