This bug can't really be fixed when the game is an offline game.
The game counts time from the point where you leave the game and give you picks by calculating the time you were offline using pcs.
If you change the date and hour it calculates the time to the hour/date you choose
Cause it can't realize you cheated when you are offline
When you join a game with WiFi/mobile data/etc.
The game realizes you cheated and backup the picks and progress to the point that you went offline
