Setting to disable background change; I can't play with the constant flashing

I suffer from migraines and the most common trigger is flashing/strobe effects. This game is completely unplayable for me unless I put it on my second monitor and turn off the screen which is rather unenjoyable. If the background changed every so often when breaking blocks at max speed that would be one thing, but changing with every swing of the pickaxe is just way too rapid. Preferably, there would just be a setting to disable it entirely.

Also this is dangerous for people with epilepsy
