Basically it would be a modified looking Wooden pickaxe with an event badge attached to it and the badge and pickaxe would change by lvl as every other pickaxe:
-lvl 1-2 wood
-lvl 3-5 stone/iron
-lvl 6-8 Gold
-9 Diamond
Power:
Summons a random boss
Passive:
+100% chance to mobs to appear
While there is an event:
Defeated boss gives additional event related rewards.
+100% chance for event mob to appear (when there is an event that has event mobs)
For obtaining you would get it by completing any event to the last quest. And the rarity would probably be around epic or rare.
