I bought this 3 times now because apple says purchase completed but at the end i get a message purchase failed in Pickcrafter. The thing is i paid 3 times. So i spend money but didn't get anything in return.
I've tried restore purchases but it dind't do anything. Can anyone help me?

Same exact thing happened to me and I reported it to Apple to get full refunds of all the unsuccessful tries that cost me money. Still waiting for an answer by Apple.
