3k+ hours (exceptions possible if you can show good builds)
can show a good base design
Can complete the majority of the base within 2-3 hours
Able to construct bases for 10+ players
Expert in current meta building strategies
** Monument: (TOP PRIORITY)
3k+ hours (exceptions)
Can maintain a good amount of cards, comps, and scrap in base AT ALL TIMES
can hold their own weight if they are alone in a monument
