Route cables to flow under table than drop to plug

You can route cables to flow under your table than down to the plug.

You can also use cable clamps and/or cable clips.

Use a surge extension and use mounting tape to mount it under the desk

get a box and paint it white then cover the plug socket with said box to make it look less messy if that's what your going for, also use sleeves to get all of the wires into 1 space so its easier to manage

That’s what my setup looks like - I mount all cables under the desk

#

And if your main socket is not under the desk you can use cable trays
