my tips would be neater cables or sleeved extensions with combs, matching the rear fan, adding some plants/art/liveliness to the desk setup, and some warmer lighting since it seems very bluish

also perhaps adding light source on other side of the room so its less shadowy on the desk, but i get that you can sometimes see light reflection in the monitor that way
