I think those are 4 sets from WASD keyboards (cherry mx compatible)

I see 0,0,0->1,1,1 allready if brightness is set to at least 80 / (350), with 50 brightness (min) I see starting at 4,4,4

around 80-100 brightness is needed to get peak results from even this reference screen
