Are the side and bottom panel fans reverse swept? If not, this pc is currently ALL exhaust

Top ones are in. I’ll be reversing bottom ones to intake.

What about the sides?

Lol I didn't even notice the tops one are intake. I recommend you flip the top fans on the radiator to exhaust as it's better to push out the warm air coming off the radiator rather than pull them into the case again. Bring in cold air, take out warm air
