They (case manufacturers) like to pre-install them in the other holes in the case. You’ll often have to move them to the correct spots depending on your size board/manufacturer. Assuming you have the rest in, you’re probably fine but if you ever have to mess with it again, I’d move the stand-offs to the right spot and secure the board with all/more of them.
