Is this for matches? I’m not entirely sure this is something that should be solved by the bot. I’m totally open to be convinced otherwise. You’ll need to be a little more detailed with exactly what your asking.

hard to explain so,

When I run Valorant Tournaments I do 8 teams max. It runs through out the weekend, Friday - Sunday

2 teams face off friday at 7pm and another 2 at 9pm

Saturday - the next 4 teams face off 7-9 pm

Sunday: winners of friday and saturday face off at 7pm and then the last 2 finals face off at 9

so usually ill ask captains which times on friday and saturday can you play

idk if that makes sense

so when registering and inputting the teammates names, maybe it could ask in another box: "Choose time slots"

then under the information where it says "number of participants" it could have a section for "time slots taken"

honestly sounds like more work then just going to ask each captain when their teams could play

Gotchya. So when a tourney starts, all the players get paired up in a channel. You as a admin can see those channels and coordinate with the team captains. scheduling that kinda thing is extremely complicated engineering wise. We'll take this into consideration, give the bot a shot on a few events and see what you think
