The practice sessions also break apart, because when someone has to leave for whatever reason, there's no way to properly substitute them because you can change the name but the Discord ID can't be changed and the leaderboards don't update properly. Same goes for the teams. There's also no option to manually add someone to the tournament after it starts. We have people that show up during practice and they can't be included without restarting the entire tournament. It would be nice to have practice sessions that are streamlined like the tournaments are, but there are a lot of options missing or limitations with the current systems that prevents that from happening.

So you want,

• Higher RR participant limits (already something we’re looking at doing)
• Replacement of a missing/kicked player (in the log of todo already, has been suggested for a while)
• And lobby registration where lobby members are randomly teamed up and matched against other teams (Something we had in a previous iteration of the bot)

You don’t need a “practice event” per say, you just need these features to exist which would benefit all TAs. Right? @vale epoch
