So I have seen 2 yt vídeos where two guys show how to rng abuse the starters and a celebi, but whenever I try to shiny hunt the Lugia it never works (I guess its because there is some time since I press the A button on the supposed correct advance and the Lugia finally shows up) but I dont understand why the guy with the shiny celebi vídeo manages to nail it some times if that case has also some time between the last A button press and the celebi showing up, does anybdy know what is going on or how can i count the frames that go from when I press A in front of Lugia and when it shows up in-battle? Thanks!
