Hey 👋 so I'm going for a shiny pheromosa in UM, not first encounter, and having an issue I haven't had with any other rng I've done so far.
I've seemingly hit the right frame ( the spread is exactly the same as the one I was looking for, same h power and nature and all that stuff ) 6 times now but the psv isn't the same as my tsv ( what it shows in the 3ds rng tool for the frame I hit ). It's especially weird cause when I was finding the most common delay which was +16 for me ( which is higher than it was when I was going for any other target, don't know if that matters ), the psv on the frames I hit matched the one shown on 3ds rng tool, so it's only been really an issue when I hit the supposed shiny frame.
It's weird cause I've gotten every other ultra beast most of them with this method and had no problems, a lot of them first try after finding the delay, both in this game and my US save, but shiny pheromosa is evading me.
So yeah this one is confusing me. Don't know if it's something about the area that is different or something like that.

Hello, thanks for answering. Yeah, I have gotten multiple others. It's just that the psv on pokereader seems to not match the one for the spread I hit, even if everything else about the spread matches up. It's only been a problem with this target
