Hi. I want to catch Shadow Lugia on a Dive Ball once I RNG manip it with the desired nature and IVs. But, because I want to calibrate evo blinks offset for Moltres, and also RNG manip other Pokémon from Greevils team, I don´t know if Lugia will respawn in the postgame.
