Been following the the sos guide on pokemonrng.com using both pcalc and pokereader. For pokereader, I get an accurate sos mon for the first call. But after that it doesn't update with new stats for each additional call and I also have to manually track the sos frame. And then in pcalc it update each new sos call, but I'm not able to find the IVs in 3dsrng tool to accurately aim for my desire frame by measuring the delay between KOs.

Just curious if anyone else had any luck with shiny 1% sos encounters like salamence

I've done the Salamence before, but it was ~7 years ago, so I'm a bit out of touch with sos.

This is really the last thing PokeReader is missing that pcalc has. I really need to add it at some point, but other things keep catching my attention.

iirc, pcalc doesn't always read the seed correctly. You might try starting a few battles and seeing if each one runs into the same issue.

Haha its all good, I just decided to get into rng stuff finally after putting if off for forever. Thanks for the work you've put in!

Haha I'm thought i was going crazy at first, I see whatcha mean by displaying incorrect seed but once I get into a proper seed it's good to go.

I think I was having trouble making sure I was in a properly read seed, while also using the sos frame when searching in the 3dsrng tool. I'm also just really bad at getting to which sos frame I want right now.
Might try again tonight to see if I can get my delay down if im thinking about it correctly now lol
