I'm having insane amounts of trouble even confirming my initial frame. I've tried multiple seeds as well. This is my 1st time at Abundant Shrine, I've beat every trainer (including the running one), and caught Landorous. I'm currently trying to get a Shiny Vulpix which is in encounter slot 0. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

It is my first time visiting it, and I haven't left since. I defeated all the trainers which I thought I was supposed to do to help the RNG advancements from not happening.
