I just have a few questions about the hunt in general
- does this jirachi has your OT on it?
- what is the best way to hunt the jirachi? (I.e gamecube to gba vs homebrew wii to homebrew 3ds)
- is it possible to rng manipulate this jirachi?
- Do any programs (ex: dolphin emulator) have a sort of way to give the jirachi properly? If not, would a homebrew wii suffice?
- Is a homebrew 3ds able to recieve it? If not would I need a GBA / adapter?
