#Pokewalker generation with shiny lock removal code

Hey! So I'm using the shiny lock removal code for Pokewalker Pokemon which I believe works in the way that it changes the regular PW Pokemon generation into the regular generation.

I just checked my save out in PKHeX because I needed to change something unrelated and saw something weird about the Pokewalker mons. Some of them are being flagged as invalid for either "Encounter Type PID mismatch" which is understandable, some are "Unable to match an encounter from origin game" and some are valid. But the valid/invalid mons seem to come in batches, and now I'm really worried that the AR code isn't being used all the time causing this discrepancy. So I guess my question is, is something going wrong or is this totally fine?

Attached is a screenshot of one box of PW mons and I can upload my sav or pkm files if it would be helpful too.

What's your RNG related issue here ?

#

You need help on how to abuse them ?

I'm not RNG abusing, but I was wondering if anyone who knows about RNG generation would know whether the "valid" pokemon are indeed being successfully RNG generated by the method that allows them to be shiny

Show us the code that you're using, since you're using cheats it could simple be rewriting the generated Pokémon for all we know

I'm using Nitro Hax on DSi to activate it (since I don't own an AR)
I've verified that other AR codes work with it, so I didn't think I had any reason to be worried. Just the fact that the valid/invalid sets seem to be in groups makes me think that sometimes the code was active and others it wasn't

I think I've figured out what is going on, actually, presuming the "valid" Pokémon are indeed not being affected by the code...
Ignorantly I assumed that AR codes would persist in soft resetting and several times I've spammed through the intro, entered the game save accidentally and just soft reset to get back to the Pokewalker menu
I just tested my test code (force all pokemon shiny) and it stops working after a soft reset
