New special achievement:
"Those who sno"
given after beating Elgu Bounde using only smacky (and if multiplayer, all smacky). The upgrade is for bomb towers(Tier III):
"cools enemies nearby. cooled enemies take more damage from fire"
damage from fire arrows is tripled on enemies who pass by the cannon tower. Range for the cooling is 3, and is applied on an enemy once every second (also cooling goes down after 4 seconds or so)
