it's the hardest difficulty that you can get, you get it by spam clicking the right button in difficulty selection while very hard difficulty is selected

enemies are 4 levels above you (min.), and you die in one shot; friendly fire is enabled in addition

if you want an actual pvp mode to be more suited to the game, I'd recommend doing it like two teams are sent into an identical area and the goal is to get the highest score with the same way that exp dive score works
