I wanted to add smth to the new suggestions, so here's random quirks I made up.

if there's a problem with one of these, I'll most likely fix it.

Repetitive (gear)

Hitting an enemy has a x% chance to get hurt again, but taking 50% less damage.

Cleanse

x% chance to destroy all buffs.

Germophobia

x% chance to make enemy Germophobic (unable to gain any buffs, but no debuffs either)

Shatter

x% chance to pierce through resist spots. (might look red or smth when shot/used)

Stylish (can't be disassembled)

Your attacks have an effect that matches it's color. 10% more damage.

Sticky (bombs)

Bombs now attach to enemies. Bombs detonate after 3s once attached to an enemy.

Defective (guns)

x% chance to not shoot, along with losing 2 bullets.

Bent

x% chance to shoot in a different direction.

Hazard (bombs)

The impact of the bomb hurts you too, along with any other quirk.

Rusted (swords)

Much larger cooldown.

defective's positive part is pointless, just remove it and make it a bad quirk like heavy lol
