If you activated any shrines during Midnight Lounge then halfway through the throne fight it should go there and spawn a mini-boss or two, if you didn't activate shrines then its definitely a bug but the info you provided doesn't seem like enough for the devs to act on, next time you encounter a bug hit F9 and look for issues and errors in the console.

If you did activate shrines and no mini-bosses spawned it's still quite the softlocking bug you found, if you encounter it again try to record it and also check the console.

I did activated all 3 and beaten the minibosses

not much info to go off of with what you provided to find the exact cause of this bug tho so like i said if you encounter bugs in the future check the console for any problems and errors as well

screenshotting any errors in the console is one of the best things you can do for a bug report 👍
